How long on average does delivery take?

Our free delivery is 3-5 working days, however next working day delivery is available at check out at an extra cost. During the pandemic despatch and delivery may be slower than normal. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Orders placed for next working day delivery must be placed before 10am Monday to Friday, orders placed after 10am Friday - Sunday will most likely be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, Delivery times may differ. It is important to be aware that tax and duty may be charged on top of the purchase price at the point of delivery. Please enquire at your local customs office.

If I don’t like my jewellery, can I have a refund/ exchange?

You may return any of The Lotus London orders within 7 days of receipt of shipment if… The item(s) you receive has a manufacturing defect, we may provide you with a refund, exchange or a credit note for the same amount. If the reason for the return is not in relation to a manufacturing fault, we may provide an exchange or credit note, however The Lotus London reserve the right to refuse a refund or credit note if the jewellery was customised specifically for the client. All items are customised with the information provided during the ordering process and agreed by the client. Hence any change or minds or adjustments can endure additional costs, payable by the customer & can cause delays. Please note that we cannot exchange or refund sets that come with pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons. Please make note, that we are not liable for the cost for delivering items back to us. When sending items back, please enclose a covering letter and include your order confirmation email with the original packaging items were sent in.

How is the jewellery packaged?

Your jewellery will be packaged in a bespoke Lotus branded box.

Is The Lotus London Appointment Based Only?

we used to be but not anymore, at The Lotus London we pride ourselves on our customer service. We welcome all at our flagship store. If you would like to discuss bridal jewellery however it would be in your best interest to book a consultation, as our designers get extremely busy due to a max of only two consultants being available at any one time.

What is a consultation/ appointment?

A consultation with lotus takes away the stress of jewellery shopping. You get to build your set, your way! There are no “sets” at The Lotus London, just because you like a necklace doesn’t mean your stuck with the accessories it comes with. You build your set they way you want trying everything on along the way.

Do The Lotus London charge for consultations?

Absolutely not! This is a free service! If you however would like to meet with a consultant out of business hours (before 2pm, after 5pm or any time on Friday), there is deposit required of £30 which is refunded on arrival, no obligation to place an order

Do I need my outfit for a consultation?

No! How cool is that? All we need is that you have placed your order, know what the embroidery is i.e. Antique gold, Silver etc, Shape of neck: Round, Sweetheart or Collar and how deep it is in inches. Inserts can be decided once the outfit has arrived, as they are quick to set.

How long does a consultation last?

Bridal jewellery consultation: Approximately 90 minutes

Why are you so cheap? Is the Lotus London legit?

YES! It's okay to think we're a fairytale due to our incredibly low prices, however as we manufacture our own jewellery, we are able to give our retail customers wholesale prices! We also have a retail premises 159-161 Green St, E7 8JE, feel free to drop in and say hi!


At Lotus we follow strict government guidlines at our premises. Our customers health and safety is our top priority. For the safety of our stylists we strongly request you wear a mask if you own one or a disposable one can be purchased in store for 50p should you need one, please avoid touching jewellery where possible our staff are on haand to help you. Please ensure you keep at least 1M (3 foot) distance between you, the staff and any other customers present at all times. only a bubble of 3 allowed in store to ensure we can cater to as many people as possible whilst also givng us the time and space to clean our premisis. only 3 bubbles of 3 (9 customers) allowed instore at any one time.

Do you offer trials for hair and make up

For bridal hair and make up we advise you to book a trial. This should take place 3-6 months prior to event date.
